Use a reverse Address/Telephone directory and present the Home owners with a Free customized Hotsheet report about their House Problem(s) offering them a backend Solution!

Once you Start landing those Big ticket Home improvement Contracts multiplied by neighbor referrals...

You'll understand why Guerrilla Marketing with Students and their Bicycles...
