Checked it out, Phil. Thanks for the info but I'll pass on this one.

Upon reading the privacy and TOS, it is pretty obvious what their objective is...and it isn't what you think. It's apparently all about collecting any and all information about you, your activities on and off the internet, and compiling a dossier to sell, send, share with whomever they designate as one of the classifications they list (and it's huge!) and even leaves the door open for more, more, more. I thought Google was bad but this is truly invasive!

In addition to everything else, they tie up any opportunity you might have to protest and strip away some very valuable rights you have ordinarily (like class action suit particpation).

Did you happen to notice that while the outfit you're signing up with is based in South Dakota, the real basis for the operation is in Florida? Hmmm...a state with some of the most lax, untrustworthy, business regulations/formats. Phone booth business anyone?

While the service is attractive on the surface, they first tell you that you can opt-out and then, reading further, they tell you that you cannot opt-out to....this, that, and the next thing. Huh? Sure. An opt-out should be an opt-out OR everything that you're opting out of, or not allowed to opt out of, should be together...not put in two different documents.

Phil was right DO read everything carefully, folks. I did. No sale.
