Thanks Don... That's a great early "Christmas present," on how to use Microsoft Photo Story 3 (I presume) to help RE agents sell houses!

Of course, if a real estate agent can sell a house at a higher price, they get a higher commission... And the more potential buyers see the listing, the more likely they'll be able to sell at the price they want. More "moolah" all around...
