Those are great beans, and mix with lentils for a fast and easy meal with a lot of nutrients.

Actually, I've been doing a cooking show, of sorts for my kids...who claim they never have anything to eat...so we FaceTime, and I see what they have in the cupboards, and so far, I've always been able to come up with a meal.

Maybe a youtube channel for odd, unusual, unheard of recipes...kind of a George Haylings type "recipe" book.

We could barter for interesting food, spices, and ideas.

PS. That seems so long ago, and I haven't made Bean Ice Cream since the Boz has left us. Should make a pot of beans in his honor.
