Taking barter/exchange a step further, the right to hold, use or consume a product/service or otherwise, when reduced to writing, can make you wealthy. Check out what Elon Musk is doing with regards to carbon credits. I'm no fan of his, but I do pay attention to how the system works, and how wealth is extracted from it.

That said, barter will not protect you from the seizure of personal property, real estate, bank accounts and more, being practiced at every level of government. Right down to the local cop shop. Everyone is in on the party, including judges and attorneys.

A friend lost a rental property that he has owned for some 20+ years. A routine traffic stop of the property's tenant, by the local sheriff's department, is all it took. An erroneous "hit" by a canine sniffing dog, can also get the ball rolling.

The ink wasn't dry on the inauguration speech, before the announcement was made, that it would be necessary to expand and modernize the IRS with state of the art "tech weapons" to fight tax evasion, and increase collections.

I think we starting to get a "very clear" picture of what the next 4 years might look like.

Takes a heap of money to build a wall and secure a country's borders to keep people in...I mean...er..ah...out.

Ron,

Here are 2 ebooks that explain CAF:

https://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...1/usab5506.pdf

http://ij.org/wp-content/uploads/201...nd-edition.pdf

I had the web address for a site that detailed each city, county, state asset forfeiture by dollar amount. I cannot find the address. I did a quick google search but it didn't pop up. My county in 2014, last year reported, stole about 1.5 million dollars. Reno stole about 500K. I would suspect those numbers increased over the last 2-3 years.

When you read the books you will see you can't barter, chattel or flirt tip your way out of CAF. Not making fun of those great money makers just trying to drive home the seriousness of an unfettered government.

And, there's no where to hide...
