As your example shows, I think the power of this idea is because...

1. Hot food deliveries are in BIG DEMAND right now (due to the coronavirus)...

2. Most deliveries take place for lunch and especially dinner. In many places, hot BREAKFAST and BRUNCH delivery is an under-served gap in the market!

In many ways, now is the perfect time to start such a business!
