IF you can find an expert or a successful small business who is using data driven marketing successfully, and if you can get them to talk about it, I suspect it would be a high DEMAND information product.

Data driven marketing is still the playground of the big boys, but it is trickling down, maybe some smaller or medium size businesses would pay a lot of moolah to find out about HOW to do it.

If that is your question, I'm not sure.
