A "judo-ish" business...
Hi Gordon,
What I like about this is that it's a bit like a "judo strategy"... Though not really... Judo is where you use your opponent's strength against him or her... In this case, you're the "little guy" - but you're using the collective "strength" of the all the restaurant's customers to create a business... You leverage the restaurant's strengths, for your profit! (Though they benefit too... as do the advertisers...) We should find more businesses with this "judo-ish" type of approach...
