Not sure how the show is edited, however all successful people seem to make decisions Quickly and make a Lot of decisions as well.

I recall one highperformance business guys motto in regard to decision making as:

"I may be wrong ...but never in doubt" about his decisions

You're right about this being a "must see" - and about the apparent lack of preparation that goes in to some of the pitches. We're always fascinated about how quickly the dragons appear to make up their minds, although it's not possible to tell how much discussion has been edited out of the tv show.
