Default I stand corrected Dennis, I know better than to use absolutes...
My apologies. To you and others who do NOT gloss over the details.

There are many opportunities where the DETAILS are laid out and explained.

My BAD. Perhaps I need to slow down and THINK before I POST...take some of my own advice.
