Search Engines and Links

Has anyone heard of a new service that goes out and gets other websites to link to you, instead of you doing it yourself ? Interesting idea. I received an e-mail today (not requested) about a site asking to link to mine. The address of this service is :

Has anyone used this as yet, or any comments ?
