eshowcase anyone?

I'm looking for someone who sells eshowcase in New Zealand or Australia. The Australia site for it has no way of contacting them as their order form page is dead and no email either (great business model!)

I manage private residential properties for overseas owners who usually have 2-6 properties each and need software where I can update photos of their listings and provide very basic text reports at a central site they can visit and access via password.

I thought an earlier version or eshowcase might be the way to go as the current version is $11,000.

So if you know of someone who sells early versions of eshowcase or if you have any other suggestions I'd appreciate any help.

PS I'm looking for a solution that requires no or very little html knowledge and don't really want to spend more than $3000 NZ/AUST for a license.
