Some forum owners put up a clause on their sites that say that all material posted becomes the copyright of that forum. Legally, I don't believe this to be correct. I think the writer of the post (if it is his or hers original material) would still own the copyright. However, I think one would still have to obtain each of the writers permission before republishing it in an e-zine. This could be very time consuming on a daily or weekly basis.
