![]() This is middle of March. The "Wedding Month" of June is coming up. This means that MANY couples are going to be visiting JEWELERS to buy Engagement & Wedding RINGS for the next few months.
So....what if.....when couples come into a Jewelry Store to buy a Ring....they were PERSONALLY HANDED something that gave them info about "Planning" or helping them plan their wedding......PLUS discounts on products and services for their upcoming Wedding? So....what I did was create a "Telephone/Address Book" that contained "Info & Discounts" from local biznesses. Now WHY would a Jeweler be willing to Hand my "Book" to people buying Engagement or Wedding Rings? 1) It's FREE to them 2) It makes the Jeweler LOOK GOOD .....AND.... 3) Save their customers money with the Discounts So....I made up a Demo Book and offered biznesses interested in reaching those Planning a Wedding..... a Spot in my "Wedding Book" (Ad + Coupon) I sold almost every type of bizness interested in upcoming Weddings..... printed up 250 copies and distributed them to 5 local Jewelers (50 ea) Got 40 biz to pay $500 ea ($2 per Book) fo a nice payday of $500 x 40 = $20,000. Now.....you do not have to make a "Telephone/Address" Book. You can simply make up Discount Coupons stapled together with the Jewelers Name on Front.....or....a large "Coupon Card"...whatever YOU come up with. THE TIME IS NOW! ![]() So.....because my "Telephone/Address" WEDDING Book was so well received I put together another "Address" Book for NEW HOME BUYERS!
So....I made up a Demo Book, based on my Wedding Book and....went to a "TITLE COMPANY" and got their Permission to HAND MY "WELCOME BOOK" TO HOME BUYERS.....RIGHT AFTER CLOSING THE DEAL!.....as a GIFT from the Title Co Thus....people who have JUST FINALIZED (Closed) on the Deal to Purchase a House.....would be HANDED a "Telephone/Address" Book with... Info about the commnunity... Ads & Discount Coupons from biznesses wanting to reach HOME BUYERS (pay CLOSE attention to the following words)....BEFORE THEY MOVE IN! Yup.....when Home Buyers left the "Closing Table" they were handed a Book that could HELP THEM plan & arrange to MOVE INTO their New HOME! You Kiddin' me! Do YOU realize the AWESOME POWER of this? Would a Carpet Cleaner or Painter or Interior Decorator or Pest Control or Plumber or Remodeler or Landscaper or whatever biz would like to contact Home Buyers BEFORE THEY MOVE IN!!!!!
