How many times does one have to see a promo for the same thing they've already decided they have no need for, or cannot afford? Two for me...then, when I see it in a new email, I hit the delete button without further thought...or reading anything else that may be in the email. Not worth aggravating myself over so I hit delete. If it gets too bad, and repeated often enough with various other 'offers too good to ignore', I unsubscribe. End of story. Sandi Bowman |

![]() But "they" (the marketing experts) say that a prospect has to see an offer up to seven times before they buy!
Maybe some think such is not the case in internet marketing, but I believe it is. So what's the solution? Maybe this: change the headline and content of each email sent, even though you're pitching the same product or service. Toss in variety, personal stories, your personal testimonial. |
