These two words can be set up to bring the toughest customer to their knees. Who doesn't want to seem fair, right???

Anyway those are the words and I'll write more about them later in a future eZine article.

When you first mentioned the two words I thought that's what you were referring to but then I thought "maybe he has some different words...".

Of course it's hard to express how to use different inflections with them but they work. I've been using them in customer support and other emails for a while now. Something like "How about....... Fair enough?" And they work well. Puts a closure on the thought.

He offered a price and I said "You've got to do better than that.

I said it once but could have kept on saying it until he could do no better.

BTW, IF someone ever says that to you, reply with "How much better do I have to do." Otherwise you could just go right over the price they had in mind.

You can use those 7 words to get prices up or down. Or to get someone to improve something they are doing for you. Or whatever.

I know it might seem or feel odd to say it. But the other person doesn't think so.

Well, according to Ted Nicholas, the words "Celebrating Tonight!" get you the best seat in the house. I'm still workin' on the seven.
