Staarting a new community website and could use some help

Hey does anybody know of any good writers or places to find good writers who have experience in internet marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and building an opt in list.

And who might be willing to contribute to my new community website.

I've been through the most popular article directories.

No real luck there.

Just a bunch of spammers.

Right now, it's not a paid opportunity, because it's just getting started.

However I do have some ideas about how to monetize it for the future.

Your suggestions are much appreciated.
