Sales training

I personally like the book, "How I raised myself from failure to success in selling," by Frank Bettger. Zig Ziglar's books are pretty good too (I haven't heard any of his tapes, though.)

Anyone else have some good recommendations?

Gordon Alexander once recommended here that if you want to learn about selling, watch the movie "Elmer Gantry" (with Burt Lancaster). You can get it on video. I agree - when you watch it, you really see a "master salesman" in action! (It's a great movie too.) :)
