Default Dien, just do same thing the Mayor did for THIS forum. Then get publicity with press release...
For Immediate Release

The owner of SOWPub has issued a special note/alert for participants of his discussion board
"it is explicitly forbidden to die or get sick on the board"

Dien Rice got this idea after reading a news story...(the French Mayor Story Follows).

Then the positive outlook of the board is stressed.
