The Prophecy by Robert Kiyosaki

I have read about the "rich dad, poor dad" critique. He is a smart huckster. See the critique
of him on FB. I could not find a link.
As if he is a psychic - hell many people are saying that we are in deep doo-doo economically.
I am in CA and we are in the depression here, will the RE market stay up like on Viagra? I dunno. In Sacramento where I moved, it is very healthy because people in the Bay Area have sold or selling and moving here.
