You pointed out one of the biggest problems with the interent-too much information!

It makes it very difficult to stay focused. I especially have this problem because I'm constantly researching and reporting on success businesses, marketing methods, etc. Each time I report on one I think "I can do that!"

Yep-I probably could but not if I tried to do everything... :-) So now I just ask myself the question, "What can I learn from this success story and apply it to my projects?"

This has worked out much better and I've been able to constantly improve and tweak what I'm doing and still every once in a while go off on a tangent if I find something that is the perfect fit and the perfect time.

Keep at it Bill. You'll learn some valuable lessons from each project you undertake whether it's an overwelming success or not.

The key is not to invest too much time, money or energy on any project until you know it really has potential. It's better to take on short projects and get feedback (good or bad) in a few days of weeks, rather than invest 6 months in a project that won't fly.

Thanks what great about the interent! You can test projects in days or weeks (or even hours) that used to take months. You gotta love it!

Ron

Good One Thomas, simple idea that could be duplicated almost anywhere.
