I just released my first real estate book (print not Ebook): Timing the Real Estate Market.

The book focuses on five key "Vital Sign" indicators that help investors (and homeowners too!) anticipate the peaks and valleys of real estate cycles.

Next, I will create a "Vital Sign" market letter for 30 or so major cities across the United States ... showing what these key indicators are saying about "what's ahead" for their city's real estate prices.

Next, I will start giving seminars on real estate timing and how to stay ahead of tomorrow's trends.

This should keep me busy for awhile.
