Default Re: The food pyramid - toppled!

It's no wonder that more and more people are turning to professionals like natropaths and wellness advisors to help them boost their health levels.
Having studied and practiced as a wellness advisor for the past year, I'm constantly amazed at how little practical knowledge most people have about such a critical issue in their life; their health.
Using the food pyramid as an example, there have been many studies and diets, such as the Atkins diet, that have disproved it's validity. Most of it simply comes down to common sense...I'm not going to go in depth on the subject (unless everyone wants to read an entire essay). Anyone who wants to achieve success in their career/business life should definately take a daily interest in their health.
Speaking from personal experience, having run multiple businesses myself, I can vouch that it is far easier and less stressful to handle the workload when you are in good health.
