Australia's leader wants to ban ALL handguns

Hey thanks for that info - I've got a pocket Constitution myself and wondered where you got them from (a senator gave me mine).

Enjoyed the little guns talk - can I say as a non-US citizen that you do not want to give up your right to keep and bear arms. Mussolini, Hitler, the Chinese dictators all took that right away...

Governments derive their just powers from the governed. The army keeps and bears arms because *you* have that right. If you did not then the army could not have it! You gave it to them.

And as far as militia are concerned: I think you'll find that most people on this forum who are American are militia by the Founders' definition

Ah, enough; I'm getting political ;)
