Hhhmm ... interesting question. I remember once Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad) said, it's not the "how to" but the "why" will keep you going during the tough times. Why do I want to start my own venture is definitely to attain financial freedom and to break free from being ordered by bosses. But of course, there are still a lot of things to be learnt in the working lives. Still need lots of experience, trial and errors before I really dip myself into the water.
