I'm not suggesting you do this, but if I was having this problem I would go to Control Panel and click on Add / Remove Programs. I would then highlight Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0. I would then click the Add/Remove bar. I'd move slowly and carefully at this point. A dialog box w/options will open. I would tell it to Repair Internet Explorer. Again, that's what I would do.
