Boyd's answer, especially the part about "block themselves", is *right on* target. Earl Nightengale (one of the founders of Nightengale-Conant which you have probably heard of) recorded a record called "The Strangest Secret." To boil it down, YOU are responsible for your own success just as I am responsible for mine. It's easier to pass blame and criticism and do NOTHING than it is to accept responsibility, take ACTION and DO SOMETHING.
