Would you please be a little more specific in your description of your prior work experience. Customer Service and Employee Benefits are very general terms. For all we know, Customer Service could relate to pumping gas at a gas station. And Employee Benefits could be pushing the tea trolley around the office. Silly examples to be sure. But they help make the point. Unless you tell us something more specific we cannot provide you with an answer that would be of benefit to you. Michael Ross |
