Thanks for the uplifting words about The Great Ideas Letter! I'm glad you've found the ideas in The Great Ideas Letter to be helpful to your business activities!

It's always a pleasure for us to hear about those who have used our ideas profitably, or who have further input on the ideas we write about....

(Of course, we keep any submissions from subscribers strictly confidential, unless we get our subscribers' permission to publish them. When we get permission, we include those as a special "subscriber submission" which you'll see in a lot of the issues!)

As well as the four business ideas we write about every week (and yes, it does take a lot of research to come up with them!) - we also have our Ads in Review sections (twice a month) and Test Results.... You won't find these anywhere else!

Ads In Review are the results of our surveys of advertisements which have been running repeatedly for an extended length of time (such as six months in a weekly publication, or at least a year in a monthly publication). If an ad has been running for a long time like this, it means the ad is PROFITABLE!

It's true - you can do this research yourself too - but as you may know if you've tried it, it takes a lot of time! You also have to have access to older issues of the publications, which are not always easy to get. Reading about these "ads in review" not only can give you new ideas, it also gives you insight as to what works! And of course, it saves you having to do this time-consuming research yourself....

We figure if we spend OUR time to do it, we'll save the time of our subscribers. And in my opinion, one of the most precious resources we have nowadays is time....

And of course, we also publish our Test Results. It takes time to test a business idea, so we can't write about these every issue, but it is a regular feature. When we spend our own money and time to test out a business idea, we then write about it and tell you all the details of what we did and how it went, including the precise dollars and cents. It's a "peek behind the curtain" in putting a business idea into action that you otherwise would not see.... These are the details most people keep hidden.

Michael and I certainly do our best to give value, so thank you very much David and JDB for letting us know you appreciate it. :)
