![]() I know how irritating this is. I just had this happen after uninstalling something. I have looked & looked but I have lost the notes I took that helped me take care of this. Only after trying to install a few programs did the warning pop up. It is one (.dll )file that is missing that is causing this. Hopefully someone will be able to tell you which .dll file it is. If I find it I will tell you. It drove me nuts for 2 weeks or so.
