For a product with a suggested retail value of between 5 to 7 dollars it is a neat gadget. I've used in in my car for the carpeting and it does a decent job of picking up debris and material on the floor. I thought of a hotel with their maids having one on their cart. It they ever saw something on the hallway carpet that needed a quick pickup, it would be a handy thing to have.
Requiring absolutely no electricity and or batteries to operate it is very flexible.
