I'm looking to re-sell internet access for a reliable company

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I'm interested in reselling ISP services for a reliable company. The key word here being reliable! I've heard that there are companies that pay ongoing monthly residuals for customers that you refer to their ISP, or your private label ISP. I've also heard that some of these companies pay on multiple levels (like MLM) for ISP sign-ups.
After doing some searches on Yahoo and other search engines, I came across several companies that offer such reseller opportunities, but it's hard to tell which companies are solid and reliable and which ones may be fly-by-nights. Any advice on specific companies would be really helpful.
