Since AMS Computer Services bought the business from James Rogers, I have probably (I say probably because I've lost track of the actual number) worked on over 100 websites belonging to clients, plus I have two websites hosted there. > But we haven't found them to be anything > special either. We've had various problems > over the years, especially with mail, and > the support responses--while usually > reasonably quick--leave a lot to be desired. My clients and I have never had any issues that were not resolved quickly. > Typical would be "we don't support > that" or "there's no problem on > our end". At this stage we don't bother > contacting support for glitches, as we feel > it would be a waste of time. While I can't explain any troubles you had with them, they have given my clients and me nothing less then 110%, or else I would not have recommend them to you. I'm not a re-seller of their services so I don't make anything by referring them. One gentleman I work with who also has a website hosted by sitehost4u, decided he wanted a little more for his money. He decided to go with ecphosting.net. He says support has been fantastic. Thought I would pass this on to you. I trust his judgement, but I don't have any personal experience working on these sites or with the hosting support team. I couldn't recommend them, but they might be worth checking out. Best Regards, Steve MacLellan homebusiness-websites.com |
