I've wondered that... but then I don't really have too much information to be able to say for sure one way or the other. There have been a couple of people who signed up for their service based on my recommendation and emailed me to tell me they were really happy with them. I've also had one person email me to tell me they weren't happy with them.

Any concerns clients have, who I placed on the sitehost4u servers, usually go through me and I deal with the support team. It is possible we get great service because I represent a substantial amount of business to them. Since I place clients on their own sites rather then re-selling sitehost4u hosting packages, I have nothing to gain by trying to keep clients locked into a service that isn't 100%. So... the support team and I have a very good working relationship, and they know I'm not obligated to them in any way to keep putting clients there. If they're anything less then 100%, I would be looking someplace else.

So you've raised a valid point — one that I don't have an answer for.

Best Regards,
Steve MacLellan
