Re: Thank you Gordon...I just love this mantle photo!
Amber --
I'm struck by how metaphorical your description of your creation process versus the final product is. Doesn't it apply to business, marriage, marketing? Everyone wants the perfect end product (business, marriage, product) but when they see what is involved in getting there they turn away and miss the prize. I think also of the rich young ruler in the Bible who approached Jesus yet turned away when told what his price would be. I also emphathise with you on your hands. My living was made from sleight-of-hand performances for many years and a bruise or cut would seriously hamper my job performance. Hard to imagine how difficult your case is. More recently my hand started hurting from using a mouse. I switched to a Logitech Trackman Marble and all pain has left. Maybe that will help someone. Thank you again for sharing - I really appreciate it. -- Dan Butler > Hi Gordon, > Hope you received the email I sent a couple > of days or so ago. > I am so pleased that you like my creative > work. > It's 'Santa's Workshop' time around my house > right now as I am working long hours to get > caught up so I can FINALLY get some > eggshells uploaded to my site in a week or > so from now. > Had some good therapy on my hand and that > made all the difference.
