Info site marketing feedback please

I have taken free articles from the web and built a niche info site using a free cms product. SuperBabyShower.com I started a Google Adwords campaign to try to drive traffic to it. I've included several affiliate type ads in it and need feedback on the following:

• In your opinion is this (as a business model) viable?
• How do I generate traffic to it? (i've done some SEO and link building to no avail) Link farms like LinkMetro don't offer much.
• Ideas on other topics or research tips on new topics.

I've given up on trying to sell build your own web sites It's just too competitive.
I've got one client that buys web design and hosting from me so through this account it allows me extra storage space to build many of these "info" type sites easily. Any thoughts/help/advice is greatly appreciated.
