![]() we are working NOW with a group in Jackson to start up a free medical clinic...
so ask me more .... many of you are wealthy and maybe lose 'touch' with the fact that the working POOR are the ones that are denied access to a full range of health care... the wealthy have insurance ...the poverty stricken have medicaid..or something... but the guys out there working ....for 10-15 bucks a hour are KILLEd through the taxes they have to pay ....and the NET income they are required to use to live... and I know...some of you will say that they need a better job...and should be trained for that... I know, from personal experience, that it is difficult to get that training while you are still gainfully employed...both because of the expense and the TIME involved... at any rate, charity...tithing...and more from those who are 'blessed' should be more abundant...I KNOW THAT GIVING GIVES BACK... rant is over... bob ps....I have been working with a group of 'investors'...flipping houses... funny how they have their little "I am Blessed" tags on their Navigators... and then fail to pass those 'blessings' on to the next guy ...they squabble over paying a decent living wage to the working guys.... I lose contracts routinely because I pay a minimum of 15 bux an hour...and they say I have priced myself out of the market...I tell em that I am just in the wrong market trying to work with them... it is amusing how many times they call us back to repair the repairs they had done at a lower price....heh heh be blessed .... |
