Lessons From "The King Of Cars"

I am addicted to watching the A&E reality show "The King of Cars".

Why?

Because I love seeing how well he markets and manages his business. I especially love that he watches the metrics and knows EXACTLY how well he is doing... and should be doing.

So that begs the questions...

1. What business metrics do you watch?

2. Why do you watch them (what are you learning)?

3. What metrics do you think should be watched?
