Looking for a specific Jeff Paul tape

I have the tapes of a Jeff Paul "Make Money in your Underwear" bootcamp that was taped in 1998. Somewhere in moving, I have lost tape #2 (out of 16 tapes in the program). It is the tape where Jeff Paul outlines the particular direct marketing model that is being discussed over the course of the bootcamp (so it is rather key to the whole course). Does ANYONE have a copy of this tape that I could purchase, borrow, etc?

I thought I could but I do not have the same course. Mine has a disk of projects. Several books for the course, one audio and one video. But I like were he got all his information and made him what he is today, his mentor and mine Dan S. Kennedy. Dan S. Kennedy is the winner. Jeff is just Dan stuff made over and Jay and the others.
