I really believe you are asking yourself the WRONG QUESTION...at this point in time.
Actually It's not the Question, in and of itself, it is the Sequence.
You are asking US and Yourself
"How can I sell them and make some great money"
If you ask yourself this "How can I make money" type question FIRST, your brain will probably come up with a LOT of Ways, Methods, Tips, Tricks and Strategies etc. etc. If you have been here on SOWPUB as long as we have right :->
which will just lead to confusion and inaction.
Do Like Gordon Says, and Think of the "WHO?" Question First.
WHO? ...on ebay is Already buying art
WHO? ... on ebay is Already selling Art that can sell this for me
WHO? ...can I partner with and sell my Art as a Bonus to compliment What
they are already selling (could increase Avg. unit of Sale)
WHO? ...is already spending money to decorate their home or office?
WHO? WHO? WHO?
Ask the "WHO" question first and come up with a hundred potential markets
1. Could be buyers...
2. Could be sellers...
Then once you have a list of potential markets....
2. Ask the "WHAT" question
What...is needed, wanted or wished?
What ....are they currently buying?
What... are they currently selling?
What ...are their offers?
What ...are their products and services
3. After and ONLY AFTER You have located these markets...(the WHO)
You have determined what they want (the What)
and ONLY Then
you can Evalutate the Markets by asking any "HOW" type questions...
"How"... am I going to reach these people
"How" ...am I going make "Great money" (define "Great" in numbers $$ for clarity)
"How" much money do I really want to make?
"How" ...can I partner and make money?
"How" ...can I get help with these questions?
Just going through this process quickly, I found a couple of potential markets or partners.
Question: WHO...already buys art on ebay?
This guy sells vintage art made about $2000 gross in the last 30 days
Question: WHO ...sells art that is not from a famous painter?
Oh look, this guy sold a piece of art for almost $200 and had no clue about who made it
Look at his title for his auction:
Help me identify the name of author and print
Question: WHO ...sells or buys calendars already on ebay???
1. WHO?...are the potential targets...Brainstorm a list of over 100
2. What? ...do they want
3. How? ...can sell them and make money
4. ACTION: ...craft your Offer and Throw it up on ebay :->
So just make sure that "How to's" are at the END of the process and Not near the beginning and your life will become a LOT easier.
If you have Problems coming up with the 1st question, then the rest is IRRELEVANT
A more effective question to brainstorm here on Sowpub would have been
"WHAT are some potential Markets I could attack with this product that I have?"...
But THAT is not what you asked is it?
