Hi Folks,

A little birdie said I was "Tagged" soooohh...after quickly reading the thread

Here are somethings which you may not know about me.

1. I've earned another Top Spot and trophy in 4 separate speaking contests within the last 12 months. 2nd in Toronto is nothing to sneeze at is it :0

2. I use quotes and metaphors from the movie "The Matrix" a LOT when describing any system/paradigm/model that restricts you in any way eg. My friends know I refer to work as the "9 to 5 Matrix"

3. I love old T.V shows like MacGuyver and The Pretender. I just love the characters resourcefullness and ingenuity

3b. I've been known to put myself in "uncomfortable" situations, just to see if I can figure out a way to get out. Gee wonder why?

4. I truly believe that the stories/books you enjoyed as a child help shape
what you become in adult hood. eg. Encyclopedia Brown and Gordon Korman books for me.

5. "Certain" SOWPUB threads have Saved me a personal fortune, and earned
my friends better lookin bank accounts as well :-> ...betcha wouldn't know which ones ....Wanna Guess?

Soooh, There! 5 unknown things about me.

Now it's my turn to Tag some others, Hmmm...looks like the "Regulars" have been tagged already so let me see....

Halle Berry..."TAG"
Richard Branson?..."TAG"
Felix Dennis? ..."TAG"
Donald Trump? ..."TAG"

Thanks Ankesh, and Dien for the heads up on this Thread :-> that was fun!
Dien Glad you enjoyed my posts, I appreciate the compliment.

Duane

I would love to hear from Duane Adolph (a guy I've learned a lot from, actually!), Michael Ross (another guy I've learned a lot from), Michael Winicki (hopefully he sees this), and Erik Lukas (if he's still reading at the moment - though I know he's pretty busy with his current project)...

Uh, make that 4 people!

It's pretty amazing what fascinating facts you learn doing this... We're all pretty unique and amazing individuals, it seems...

Dien,

Thanks for the Tag.

I didn't see anywhere where it said you had to reveal 5 things. But anyway...

1: I have not worn a watch since 1997. (Tip of the hat to Ankesh)

2: When the MacDonald's Tennis Challenge used to be played between Australia and the USA - with supposedly the Best kids from each country - I played one of the US MacDonald's Squad kids in a Major Australian Tournament for juniors and beat him in straight sets (6-2 6-0). Two years later, the girl who came Fourth in our local club championships was somehow a member of the Australian MacDonald's squad instead of the girl who won the tournament.

3. When I was young I was attacked by a new neighbor's black german shepard so vicious no-one could get near it to sedate it so it was killed by a shot from a policeman's sidearm. I defended myself with a tennis raquet during the attack and only lost some skin on my stomach. We later became Good Friends with that neighbor.

4. I do NOT drink coffee (of any kind), black tea, alcohol (of any kind), softdrink (of any kind, be it sugar free coke, pepsi or whatever), cordial or milk.

5. Peter Sun invited me (as his Guest) to an exclusive Two Day Seminar He was putting on. I was so Let Down I walked out during the moring break on day one and never went back.

6. The last four elections (state and federal combined) I've crossed out the candidate's name and put Homer Simpson as Number One. Where multiple names were, I crossed out the other candidates' names and wrote Darth Vader, Yoda, Kramer (from Seinfeld), Fat Cat (a person dressed in a cat costume) and Humphrey Bear (a person in a bear suit). My vote made No Difference to the outcome of the election - proving that voting is a waste of time.

TAG to...

All those who read this who have Not responded already.
