![]() I don't post often but read every day. I also read Seth Godin's blog, he always has some interesting things to say. Yesterday he had a post with the title "Memo to the very small" where he lays out a inexpensive plan for a small business to use the internet cheaply and and pretty easily.

![]() Hey Mack,
Looks pretty good, but take it one step further.. What if YOU did all of this for them, for say $150 for setting everything up? Maybe a presentation before the local Chamber of Commerce? The information looks pretty straight forward to you and me, but what about that local small businessman/woman. Would it look just as simple to them? Or, would they be more likely to pay YOU to set it up for them, then take it from there? Hmmm. Just a thought. Petee |

![]() Pete, that was my original though, too. But how about taking it even a step futher and setting it up as a monthly fee to not only set it up but do a few updates as well. Have an intitial set up fee, then have them send you their specials and things like that and you post it on their blog. A few of those could turn into a nice monthly income for an enterprising individual.
