We both know that there are All kinds of Local opportunities just waiting to be Tapped...

My Suggestion would be Think and Focus on Niche groups of people & Interests...

Local Boomers... Seniors... Sports... Crime... Life... Business... Hobbies... Real Estate... Finance & Money... Women... Tweens... Golfers... Luxury... etc. etc. Publications well Nichified...
