Well, I've been a customer of Bill Sjostrom in the past and I know he sells a booklet or course on this...did you know?

I could not remember his website, but a little research dug it up:

You will see by scrolling down on his front page that he does sell this opportunity. The only problem that i see is that he has offered it for at least 2-3 years. I called around before to dentists & all either had someone coming to get their equipment already or one even did it themselves...(Hey, I guess that's how a Dr KEEPS all that money ~lol~)
