Here are a few ideas for you:

* creating and selling custom themes and templates
* creating videos while you design a website / brochure and sell the package - teaching others how to create websites
* reviewing designing softwares and making money as an affiliate

Before you do that and create another stream - evaluate your current stream. Can you increase your current designing prices? If you can - you'll increase your earnings without increasing your workload - which is the best solution.
