paying on commission, referral fees, affiliate marketing are all low-cost methods of getting others to sell for you. Try all these methods and see what works best for you.

from my experience ...
you gotta pay em GOOD...good enough so that they dont want to go out and do the same gig you are doing ....
if you dont , you will be training competition... like I have done in the past ... good luck to you bob
