Mostly self employed as explained in the previous post...

As we know, there are places today where most can't afford to buy Real Estate...

BUT years ago... it was very Affordable...

Real Estate can still make you Rich if you know what you're doing and Buy in the Right places...

Personally, I Love small towns (especially waterfront) and acreages/land... Small places are Great investments as Growth in City's guarantee long term Success...

If we had only realized that years ago we'd be Sharing the Wealth in real estate Today...

The Truth is you Don't need that many pieces of Real Estate... If you're willing to live a nice Simple /Frugal life...

Just a few Good revenue properties/vacation properties that you get others to pay off your Mortgages to...
