Anyway, I just checked the bottom of the page you get with the data, and it says the data comes from the 2000 Census. So it's 7 years old... That might help explain it.
So use it keeping that in mind. Also, read the whole "What You Need To Know" section at the bottom of the page you get after you put in a Zip code - so you know the limitations...
It still could be useful though. How does it stack up for the areas you know about?
