![]() Yup, Jay’s offering a 13-month, 15 part mentoring process. His sales letter says:
“Specifically, I’ll learn all the ways you know to gain access, control, ownership of rights, royalties, licenses, assets, intellectual property, marketing, distribution channels, expertise, relationships, brands, endorsements and much, much more.” Cost is $3000 divided over a 12-month period, or a one-time payment of $2,500. If you choose the 12-month pay system, you get a free “first 30 day” trial. He calls it the “pay-after-you-profit” option. He truly is the master at risk-reversal! I hope Jay Gordon Alexander won’t charge us $3,000!!! Non-affiliate link: www.abraham.com P.S. Scroll all the way down on the first sales/sign-up page and click on the "*** If you want to see a complete executive overview of the proposition, please click here" link for more info. |

![]() you would be sitting in high cotton too, wouldn't you? I have some comments below...
Quote:
Tim, At 250 bux a month it could be a bargain. Or it could be the worst investment a person ever made...it is up to the person. Jay is great, and I'm sure he gives a lot of value in his course...I would like to point out a few things... You can glean from the sales letter that there is a lot of third party content in the "valult"...it is becoming almost routine these days for almost any type of marketing membership site, or inner circles or inner sanctums...to offer up these experts and gurus...on audio or their interview on pdf files. So, if you want to build a site and get instant content, you simpy buy some PLR (Private Label Rights) or best yet, get these free audios (they are free to you because almost all of them contain a pitch for the speaker's product...it is like getting stuck in an endless loop of a pitches and pikes)... I would think this program would be excellent for those that feel comfortable wheeling and dealing, and are good salespeople...and the fact it takes 13 months to complete gives the student a lot of time to really learn...my advice is to join up if you have the 250 bux a month to invest...and have a firm grasp on what is being said and what is offered. The promotion serves as a great example of having to "read between the lines", as most well crafted offers have you do. ONE word, one well phrased sentence could be the thing you skip over and it might be something you assumed, but turns out different...for example: But, you’ll plug into nearly 2,000 pages of world-class documents, reports, interviews, short-course primers – authored or based on the brightest business minds out there. Here, he may be telling you that the vault contains all those interviews with the people he mentions later in the promotion...and with a quick googling, you'll see most of these bright business minds have their stuff posted on scores of websites, free for the taking, and could contain another offer. Personally, I'm a little tired of buying things, joining inner circles only to find that every FREE bonus is nothing more than a pitch by a friend of the owner, and it is in my opinion, a less than candid way of selling. But it is the SOP on these type of things. Again, my advice would be to join up, IF you listened in to the almost 2 hour audio, the teleconference (which was a lesson in itself on how to have multiple gurus offer the same thing...with a little personalization...the "host" did the introduction and the ending...and Jay did the 90 minutes in between)...I think a highly motivated, FOCUSED person with a strong personality and good people skills will benefit greatly from Spike and Jay's mentoring. Go for it if you want. As for learning about Toll Booth and Toll Position passive income from the man who created the concept (Harvey Brody)...we think differently...because, what if you don't get in on Jay's mentoring, or even know about it until March? What happens? Do you have to wait? Our program will allow a person to start anytime he or she wants to, go as fast as is right for them, get all the details and information straight from the horse's mouth, and have a backend potential for the STUDENTS...that hasn't even been seen in ANY marketing circle...because we have created it. As for the costs. Mr. Brody has assured me he wants his information to be easily affordable for millions of people, so I can assume that leaves the 250 per month figure off the table for the introductory, get started, here's how to do it, the A to Z, Nuts and Bolts methodology of Toll Booth passive income. Trust me, YOU will find the Harvey Brody material to be affordable, quick and easy to understand, written in plain english and you won't have to wait a month or several months to get into the real meat of the issue. But if you can't wait to get information from the man who created Toll Position passive income streams, then by all means, go with one of his Top Students, and Jay Abraham is certainly that, no doubt about it. Jay Alexander PS. Also, Mr. Brody is ACCEPTING questions NOW to be included in the introductory part...so send them to me, or ask here on the forum. ![]() Thanks for the great response.
![]() I wasn't trying to push Jay Abraham's stuff, I was trying to bring some awareness that other folks are starting to catch on to the IP toll booth along with what's being charged. I'm on board with you and your Harvey Brody instruction. Thanks again for what you're doing Jay. |

![]() Gordon,
I'm with you man. There has been a proliferation of all kinds of courses, manuels, programs, teleseminars, blah, blah, blah. After I got burned by Halbert I don't trust anyone. I do like Jay and have learned from him. He is the real deal and I believe very ethical. However, the short time I've been on this board I believe Gordon you have gone out of your way to help me and others. You provide great insights and information. I'm gonna wait on you and Harvey Brody. I will listen to the free teleseminar that Jay is putting on just to see what I can pick up. By the way being in the real estate biz I watch Flip this House. One investor Armando Montelongo is featured prominently on the show. Someone must have taught him about information products because all I see are e-mails from him touting his products, mentorship, etc. Now he's selling resale rights. To me resale rights just dilute the potential market. Plus this guy claims he flips 25 houses a month. Come on! |

Thanks hockeycoachdoug for asking, I'm meeting tomorrow to review the program as it is through legal and out of graphics. Hopefully, we'll be mailing next week. Now just a reminder. This was a test, and one that we needed to run to "stimulate" the systems. See, we need to get everything lined up...and it is quite a process...even for such a simple test. There is some additional bonuses you initial responders will receive over the course of time...since you were our guinea pigs and helped us perfect the concepts and realities of the project. Probably the weekend after Thanksgiving, I'll run the 3 stamp test again for a short period of time and post at other forums, blogs and send a mailing out. Then, we'll assess the test. In the meantime, I have been working on the "facility" that will house this project, and some back office things. The worse thing that we can do is not have everything working, operational and ready to go...so a little extra time during this phase is called for. I'm also creating a couple of direct response mailings to very targeted market segments which should get tested in early 08. It took me a full month to go through just ONE of Harvey Brody's courses, which hasn't seen the light of day in 20 years, and it is just sensational stuff...the kind of stuff that helped the Jay Abrahams, Dan Kennedy's and Ben Suarez of the world...and that was just ONE course. Mr. Brody taught at USC and UCLA way back then, and his seminars were attended by a Who's Who of marketers such as Joe Karbo, Bud Weckesser, Joe Sugarman, Gary Halbert and so many others. And in trying to keep up with what is happening today, well, it is mind boggling...and so much of this information has never been put out by anyone. So, the initial stamp people should be receiving their package in the next couple of weeks. THEN, we'll test again. Get more of the infrastructure in place...so that we are rock solid when we take it to the general public. Thanks again for asking, Gordon Jay Alexander |

Tim, I'm glad you found the Jay Abraham stuff. He is to my knowledge, one of the few "real" Harvey Brody students that went on to reach such heights and is sharing his knowledge with the world too. Jay is great. Hey, if there is an affiliate, why not push it? I'm down with that. Let me take this as an opportunity to explain the difference with Harvey Brody and everyone else. In my lifetime, I've only come across ONE other person whose thinking approached that of Mr. Brody's. That would be Burt Morgan, whom I've talked about before, one of my heroes. Burt was also a money-making genius like Harvey, and he was a THINKER. Believe me when I say that is a rare bird. Burt left this world a better place, his businesses still contribute millions of dollars to the Ohio economy, mucho taxes, and his foundation distributes millions of dollars to area non-profits. His Concept Development company was based on "innovative thinking"...again, a rare commodity. What I've discovered about Mr. Brody is...he is a different kind of THINKER. He doesn't even begin the same as others, so, his conclusions are vastly different. He is helping me get my own thinking in order, and even though I am not a spring chicken by any means, it is totally new and different to me and a challenge not to resort to OLD ways of thinking (which get old ways results). The whole Toll Position (Intellectual Property Control) and all that comes with it is a very closely guarded secret, a REAL one, unlike the so-called ones that marketers "spill their guts" about. In this field, everyone who is making the big bux is tight lipped. Harvey doesn't need to be, he's well established with 53 years of doing it and has taught the majority of people in this business some of his HOW TO. So Tim, I'm glad you brought up Jay Abraham, if I had time, I'd take his course just to see what it is...but TIME...ah, there's the crunch. I'm going to spend my time with Mr. Brody, who assures me, what he taught last year about Toll Positions is so different than what he knows today...that it is like that Toll Booth stuff is a 07 Mercedes Benz...but the H.B. stuff of today...that's a flying car rocket ship. Jay Abraham has some great stuff, he's a master money maker. Please read my comments to Killarney below. J.A. |

Killarney, I love Flip this House, one of the few TV shows I catch, always amazing to see the transformations turned into equity. Gary Halbert passed away a near broke and apparently penniliess man...as you and others experienced, there was nothing in the estate to pay back those people who put their faith and trust and CASH into his deals. I love Halbert, he truly was a money-making MASTER. Now here is a story and then to point out the differences between many and Harvey Brody: Gary Halbert accompanied Ben Suarez on a trip from Ohio to Los Angeles. They were attending a special seminar put on by money-making genius, Harvey Brody. At that time Mr. Brody was teaching his wealth building and wealth keeping strategies at USC, UCLA and other Southern California colleges and universities. He created the concept of the "Toll Position" which was then learned by several future income masters such as Joe Karbo, Jay Abraham, Dan Kennedy, Joe Sugarman and several other well known income producers. Mr. Brody teaches that income is only the first part of making money…you then have to keep it. So managing wealth, once you attain it, is an important part of his curriculum. Mr. Brody also believes that income without happiness is just plain "stupid". Why bother? So, this money-making and money keeping genius has a three legged approach to his wealth strategy:
Ben went back to Canton, Ohio and began to build his business, and today it is a 100+ million dollar a year business that employs over 500 people, has millions of satisfied customers and has a 35 year track record of continuous success. Ben became wealthy, kept his wealth and has been a very happy camper along the way. Gary Halbert, as noted, passed away in early 2007 and his estate could not even afford to refund money Gary had received from people in good faith, for his help in building their businesses. Some lost thousands of dollars when Gary passed away, and they have nothing to show for it. Consider that Gary Halbert was thought to be a marketing genius, a direct response copywriter that generated millions, perhaps billions, of dollars for his clients and that he personally made several fortunes, and lost them all. Gary certainly knew how to MAKE money, keeping it, apparently was the hard part for him. Gary was not the only one of those Harvey Brody students that either went bankrupt or got close to it, and almost all of them were and are, money-making masters. They have the first of the three legs in place. But a one legged stool will tip over with a slight push, whereas a three legged stool provides a solid, balanced and stable foundation. Many money-makers are like the sad lottery winners, who win millions of dollars and blow through it like a tornado tears up trees. It is hard to read those stories, because we know that we would handle it differently, don’t we? The problem for most lottery winners, and for Entrepreneurs who score a quick windfall is they don’t have the background, the experience or know-how to manage their income. Most people can not manage the income they already bring in, and the debt, mortgage default and foreclosure crisis in America demonstrates this very clearly. Harvey Brody wonders why people don’t build the three legged foundation right from the start. So one big difference you will find between Harvey Brody and many of the money-making geniuses selling their expertise is this: He has never had to split his estate because of a divorce (or several of them). He has never been bankrupt or close to it. He has 53 years of continuous success in a variety of international businesses because of his THINKING. He has never had a brush with the law, been incarcerated, fined nor been cited by any regulatory agency...because he doesn't get involved in anything that could have those type of repercussions. Why would he, when there are more legal, above board, opportunities in the world than he could ever get too. So, it is good of you to wait for his information...and that is not to say that the other guys don't offer good stuff...they do...my library is full of Kennedy, Abaraham, Sugarman, Karbo, Suarez et al stuff, and I treasure it all. But, NONE of it compares to what Mr. Brody has shared with me the last several months. You won't be disappointed. And it won't require a huge investment either... Gordon Jay Alexander |
