Submit them to the following 3 links manually:

Google
http://www.google.com/addurl/

MSN
http://search.msn.com.sg/docs/submit.aspx

Yahoo
https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit

Any other search engines are not worth it.

You could create a macro to submit your URLs to these 3 search engines too. imacros plugin for FireFox is a good free one to use.
